    Your hug came to me in a magazine shop on fairfax with a image of a model smiling and the head lines saying smile! It Could Make You Happier in tht instant my mood suddenly changed and I smiled. Thank you and your hug is on its way.

    What a beautiful idea, and one that can be practiced by people of any religious faith or none at all.

    Since I first read this a few days ago I’ve been sending out an Unconditional Love Hug to every living creature first thing every morning, a few times through the day, and then again before I go to sleep. It gives me a wonderful feeling of lightness and joy, and reminds me that we’re all connected to each other – and that whatever annoyance I might ever feel with anyone is totally irrelevant.

    Since I’ve been doing this I keep finding that I’m smiling, often for no apparent reason, and then I remember that just as I’m sending out hugs to others, other people that I’ve never met are sending hugs to me, too, and that feels wonderful.

    Hugs to everyone who reads this page – and special hugs to anyone who feels a bit unsure about sending one, especially to someone they’re finding hard to get along with. Please DO try it – it really works, and it feels wonderful!

    Dear Steve,

    This is the essence of who we are ! Every moment living in the present without any illwill, spreading light of the Divine with all thoughts, actions and inter-actions as a THIRD PERSON entity living in this body. It though requires a lot of practice on one’s part yet it is possible………..I am constantly flowing in that light and experience that light flowing through me to one and all unconditionally.

    Yesterday morning,I couldn’t get my neighbor off my mind. I felt I should hug her and tell her I love her. She wasn’t home at the time and eventually my thoughts turned else where. Perhaps I did send her an unconditional hug and love though? This is a great thought and I’m going to start practicing it. With my prayers I’ll also be sending unconditional hugs and love.

    Thanks for the unconditional love hug. We can never get too many hugs in our daily lives. We need to all send one to President Obama and all the members of Congress. Maybe they’ll start passing it on. (We can only hope!)
